XFit Group Training

XFit is designed to break you and rebuild you into a powerful individual. The program is design to help you discover the Can Do spirit and your minds control over your body.


You'll be pushed to your limits because that's where the biggestbreakthrough happen. That's also why XFit is not something you try instead it require 100% commitment.You must have deep & powerful reason for participating XFit and be ready to pay the price for being physically and mentally strong at the end of the 6 weeks program.






X - FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING (6 – 10pax)
WARNING !! We will train you like how we train athletes

1. This program will be conducted once a week on a weekly basis for 6 weeks during the weekend (Saturday/ Sunday).

2. During this program you will shout, scream, curse or cry above all you will train like how an athlete trains.

3. Weighted squats, Deadlift and burpees are few of the workouts design in the program.
