He started consuming ‪‎physiquemeal‬ since September 2014 till today. His goal is to compete in bodybuilding novice category this coming December. He started at 94kg with 22% of body fat and after 12 week of consuming physiquemeal for three times a day, now he is standing at 83kg with 10.6% of body fat. Check out another of our client 
Aaron Sio Li Jie. He came to us several weeks back in a mission to compete in his first body building competition. Aaron Sio is from Johor and a student at TAR College Ampang. As a competitive athlete he requires the right nutrition and structured training program to peak for his show so he decided to only eats Physique Meal everyday until his contest day.

In the picture above he started at 75.4kg (19.9%) body fat and less than 8 weeks, he manage to reduce to 68kg with (11.9%) body fat. He has approximately 2 more weeks before he hits the stage and our trainer is working closely with him as the day gets closer to show day.

Great job to Aaron and also to our Australia Certified trainer Kamarul Izzwan for guiding and coaching him.

1. This program will be conducted once a week on a weekly basis for 6 weeks during the weekend (Saturday/ Sunday).

2. During this program you will shout, scream, curse or cry above all you will train like how an athlete trains.

3. Weighted squats, Deadlift and burpees are few of the workouts design in the program.
