Vacuum Pack

WHAT IS VACUUM PACKING?

The Process of removing air around a food product and then sealing that product in an impermeable package. Meat is packaged in a tough, air tight, plastic pouch. Packages are made up for meal sized portions or bulk lots depending on your needs. The meat is placed in a special plastic pouch. The air is removed and the pouch is heat sealed. This process takes place in a purpose built, vacuum packing machine. The package can be frozen or stored in the refrigerator until it is needed.

How is shelf life extended under Vacuum?

Removing the air that surrounds food inhibits growth of bacteria, mold and yeast, because these and other spoilage micro-organisms need oxygen to grow. Once moist air is removed and the pouch is sealed, oxygen levels continue to drop where carbon dioxide levels increase. The low oxygen, high carbon dioxide environment significantly reduces the growth of normal spoilage organisms, allowing longer shelf life

The application can store in its memory multiple food entries to keep a record of what you have eaten and we are able to view them online even if you are in Japan.

3. Optional 

After given the macros breakdown, you have selection of food to prepare and follow or we could prepare them for you from our own private kitchen. The cost of your meal will be based on the selection and weigh of the food. The chef will prepare 7 days of you meal  in a vacuum seal pack so it will stay fresh up to 8 days.

About Us

Physique For You Enterprise mission is to educate Malaysian community by "Eating Healthy & Living a healthy lifestyle can be so easy if you know how". Physique For you Enterprise was founded in Malaysia on July 2013 by an Australia qualified personal trainer Kamarul Izzwan and Rosman Hussin who is the owner of Humble Chef Restaurant.
